At Smeg, we stand by the iconic design and quality of our Italian-crafted appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repack the product in its original Smeg box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
